Orders under $500 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $30.00
All orders over $500 will receive free shipping, UNLESS stated otherwise in a product description***
***Some products may require shipping charges including, but not limited to, Disposables, Kratom Shots, Candles, etc.
EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Shipping rates for all international orders are automatically calculated, depending on the weight of the item and the location it is being shipped to. Free Standard Shipping and Free return/exchange is not valid on international orders. Certain restricted items cannot be shipped to international addresses. For international customers, please make sure our products will go through your country’s customs. We will not be responsible in cases where customs puts a hold on the package.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver.
Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.
BULK WHOLESALE ORDERS
No additional discount will be applied to bulk wholesale orders where the price is already deducted. For example, case prices on some of our products will not receive any additional discounts and discount codes cannot be used for those purchases. If a code is applied and the order gets completed on our site, there is a chance of the it being reversed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased from GOLDEN CEDAR are eligible for a refund if returned within 90 days of purchase. *Buyer is responsible for return label, unless stated otherwise*
Rush shipping processing fees are non-refundable.
You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER:
In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage (depending on size of package). If your package was returned to sender, please contact support to process a re-shipment via email: email@example.com
